24. dream diary 💤
i ended up waking up and falling back asleep three times today. in turn, i got three dreams that i barely remember the details of. also it smelled like smog in our room last night while i was trying to sleep, not that it's related to anything.
dream number one
- working on some sort of task. they were most likely rush reports. and i think they were about eggs...? there's a lot of them that i was doing all at the same time, and manually. not that i rely on AI in the first place, but in my dream, there felt like an EASIER way to do it that i just don't know about.
- under a lot of pressure from my older brother too, who wanted a drawing of a cat-hamster-creature mascot thing. for some reason. i remember my drawing looking like a weird fusion between toro inoue and chiikawa!! i was struggling with coloring it (because dream visuals just suck sometimes) so my brother was a bit annoyed that i'm moving slow.
- and even when i was done, he wanted it in a .zip file with a bunch of other stuff. but the thing is the files in question won't zip right and unnecessary files were constantly being added in. for some reason. like very embarrassing old drawings and personal pictures!! i was struggling to delete them, but they wouldn't go away!!
- at this point, i knew i was running late to something, BUT I ALSO DON'T KNOW WHAT!! gaaah!!
- more pressure. i had to send my older brother the files through discord, and since he was looming at my shoulder, i didn't trust him not to snoop around and look at my private chats. i was very antsy!
- i guess everything just stressed and freaked me out so much that i woke up at 6am.
dream number two
- my mom was hospitalized. heat stroke. so our aunt was at our house.
- my dad and younger brother were visiting mom at the hospital. i remember that my younger brother came back with two puddings that i'm sure my dad bought for us to share...
- our aunt also brought us snacks. i remember eating a donut and this odd cracker thing that had... savory ground meat in between it?? i (in the dream, not real life) also could've sworn that i recognized these in kamen rider gavv. which is dumb because there are no meat cracker themed items in the show, and i haven't kept up with it for a month now.
- yummy food, but i was worried about my blood sugar spiking :( oh well
- oh my aunt also brought along our baby cousin. he climbed up my bed and started making a mess of it and throwing my plushies everywhere
dream number three
- i don't remember much from this one apart from the fact that a physical gashapon machine broke and started dispensing all the tokens out. since no one was watching, i grabbed them all for myself :p
- i got so excited to spend them all on free trinkets and thingies that i woke up :(
that is all... ¯_(ツ)_/¯ none of these ever make sense. i'm not even seeking to lucid dream anymore for years now, so i... actually don't know why i write these down! i like the weirdness and randomness of dreams, i guess.
